This was our first river cruise and first trip to Europe, so it was a big one for us! Our travel agent, Becky Kincaid is the best of the best! She asked all the right questions, touched bases regularly (we booked this a year out) and literally took care of EVERYTHING! We were somewhat apprehensive about international travel but we had all the information, reservations, documents, itineraries, maps, apps, transportation, etc...simply everything we needed before we even left St. Louis. This is a girl who dots all the i's and crosses all the t's twice, sometimes 3 times!! It gave us such peace of mind and put us in vacation mode from the time we left until we were home. Yes, that's how good she is! And seriously, this is the way to travel! Let the expert help and enjoy the ride!

Becky made the planning and trip so effortless on our end. We had an issue with our transportation to the resort (not her fault) and she quickly resolved it and was able to get us an upgraded PRIVATE transfer for our way back to the hotel at the end of our stay. Becky could not have been more helpful. Especially since I am a control freak and planner. She answered every question and helped no matter how many times I asked. Becky plans all the little details and helped lead me to the best choices for a family of 7 on their first cruise. Becky also goes the extra mile to print out any paperwork needed and printed luggage tags and laminated them. She planned very well from where our rooms were (have motion sickness kiddos) to what is the best time for us to eat. The best thing is that Becky made sure that the cruise ship knew about severe nut allergies. This made our trip less stressful. When I say that Becky helped with everything. I mean she did everything and without the email reminders and ideas, I would have been in the dark. Will definitely use her planning again. Becky could not have been more helpful.
